Before sending a decoder off for repair — which takes time and involves being without TV for days — it's worth having it diagnosed properly on site. These fixes take us under an hour and cost a fraction of a full decoder replacement. When a full board replacement is needed we send it to MultiChoice's authorised repair centre and loan you a replacement decoder in the meantime so you're not staring at a blank screen for a week.
